At MM Furniture, we want every customer to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your mattress, subject to the conditions below:
Your item must be:
- In clean and undamaged condition
- Free from stains, odors, or physical damage
- In its original shape (not heavily used or deformed)
Mattresses that are dirty, misused, damaged, or contaminated are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Mattresses that show signs of heavy usage
- Mattresses with stains, spills, odor, or tears
- Promotional or clearance items
- Custom-made or modified products
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will inspect the mattress upon collection
- If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
Delivery fees, assembly fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 30 days if:
- You received a defective product
- The product has manufacturing damage
- Wrong item delivered
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Warranty Reminder
All MM Furniture mattresses come with a 15-year warranty covering manufacturing defects such as:
- Spring issues
- Structural failure
- Excessive sagging (beyond acceptable tolerance)
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, user damage, stains, or improper handling.
6. Return & Pickup Fee
A small return pickup fee may apply depending on your location.
This will be informed to you during the return request process.
